About Us

We are the River of Life Camp and Outpost, a loving and vibrant community where we welcome all who are seeking spiritual growth, meaningful relationships, and a deeper understanding of their true worth in Christ. Our mission is to be a Christ-centered ministry, helping individuals experience the deep love of God and recognize themselves as beloved sons and daughters of Christ.

As a camp and outpost, we provide a place of refuge, healing, and renewal where individuals and families can encounter God's love and grace in a real and personal way. We are passionate about serving our communities, caring for the sick, and walking alongside those in need of physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. We also voluntarily work alongside other local ministries, offering our time, compassion, and God-given talents to support and strengthen their missions as we serve together in unity for God's Kingdom.

Our goal is to nurture souls for God's Kingdom by supporting their spiritual growth and teaching them how to live a life that reflects God's love, just as Jesus did. Through our travels, we bring hope, transformation, and God's presence to every community we touch, helping them discover the purpose, joy, and peace that come from living out their faith in love and service.

Our hearts are filled with zeal for this mission because of the deep transformation we've experienced in our own lives. We've been delivered from sickness, vices, and brokenness, and we've realized that nothing in this world can offer true happiness like the love of Christ. In finding our identity in Him, we've discovered our value, and now we're called to help others see and embrace their true worth as beloved sons and daughters of God.

Core values

God is Love - At the heart of our faith is the belief that God is Love. God's love is unconditional, infinite, and transformative. It is through His love that He desires to restore and reconcile all of creation to Himself.
Revealing God's Character - Through His life, death, and resurrection, Jesus showed us who God is—loving, merciful, and full of grace. Jesus met us where we are, in our brokenness and need, and through His sacrifice, He made it possible for us to know God intimately. Our mission is to reveal Christ's character—His love, compassion, and truth—to the world.
Relational kingdom - Our core value is rooted in the Father-and-son relationship revealed through Christ, believing that every person is a beloved son or daughter of God. We uphold that true identity, healing, security, and purpose are found in experiencing the loving heart of the Father, walking closely with Him as His children, and reflecting His grace, compassion, and love in service to others.
The New Covenant - Through atonement, Jesus made the way for us to be reconciled with God. His perfect life and sacrificial death took on the weight of our sins, allowing us to experience forgiveness and restoration. This gift of forgiveness is not earned but freely given through God's grace. In Christ, we also receive righteousness—not our own, but His righteousness credited to us. This righteousness empowers us to live a life that honors God, and through it, we are made whole.
God's Law - We believe that God's law is a transcript of His character—revealing His love, righteousness, mercy, and selfless nature—and that His kingdom and law are deeply relational, founded upon the loving Father-and-son relationship revealed through Christ. We believe that true identity, healing, security, and purpose are found in experiencing the loving heart of the Father, walking closely with Him as His children, and reflecting His grace, compassion, and love in service to others.
